Saylan
The Saylan populace can be divided into two major groups: the Saylan Tinkerers, and the Saylan Monarchy. These vulpine scavengers are found both in the sweltering badlands of Saylkuuma and the verdant oasis of Saylduune. This permits easier access to old world artifacts that are then brought back to the Monarchy where they will be studied. Saylan merchants frequent the city of Invention, trading for parts and knowledge about the old world.
Many question exactly how the Saylan understand old world technology as well as they do - these questions are only made worse by the Monarchy's reclusiveness and secrecy when it comes to the discussion of their technology. It does certainly beg the question of where their knowledge comes from; or perhaps, who?
